The herbal ball provides aromatherapy, thermal therapy and herbal therapy all at once in a modality that will make you feel both intensely relaxed and energized by this restorative treatment.

Restorative Massage (For Injuries and Injury Prevention)
This type of massage benefits people who exercise regularly or experience soreness due to repetitive movement or injury. It prevents further injury and resolves muscular-skeletal problems by stimulating muscles and reducing trigger points. It is effective in treating restricted movement, stiffness around strains, sprains and fractures and other injuries. It reduces muscle spasms, cramps and pain. It optimizes range of motion and provides relief in injury healing.
When muscles and tendons are compromised due to overuse trauma or various sports like running, golf, weight training, tennis etc. the injured connective tissue needs to be released and the body’s fascial system stretched to rehydrate and break down scar tissue and adhesions. This enables the flow of nutrients and oxygen to the tissue and removes wastes for quicker healing and helps maintain your ability to get back to your activities and mobility. This will allow you to continue to enjoy an active, healthy life.
Deep Tissue Massage
A deep tissue massage is done slowly on a specific area of the body to penetrate deep into connective tissues, muscle fibres and in between fibres that are resistant, adhered, incorrectly aligned and restricting mobility. It is an engaged form of massage that requires participation by the receiver in using active and passive motion and biomechanics to release the restrictions and lengthen muscle tissues. The process is very slow, requires focused breath and does not use any oil so can be mildly uncomfortable. It may take 15 -20 minutes to work on one muscle group. Muscle stripping either rapid or slow is used to realign tissues. The use of negative pressure on the body which causes muscles to expand and separate can leave temporary marking which disappears has the body flushes out toxins. An active form of massage it requires constant feedback from the receiver throughout the session. This frees up of mobility, restrictions and release in your body.
