Nadi Shodhana is the traditional name for the Intermediate or Second Series of Ashtanga Yoga. It refers to the results of the practice, the purification and strengthening of the nervous system and the energetic areas, which underlie the physical form.Each week in this workshop/class style the series will be introduced and practiced,with the coordinating vinyasas. This will give practitioners/teachers an opportunity to ask questions and look at key actions that integrate the back and front of the body, develop strength and alignment that allow the practice to develop into a flowing manner.
