Hatha yoga is a powerful tool for self-development. The word Hatha, broken down, translates to “ha” meaning the sun and “tha” meaning the moon. This refers to the balance of masculine and feminine in all of us. The practice of Hatha yoga is a slower paced practice, which uses a set of postures that are designed to align and open the many energy channels of the body, so that energy can flow more freely.
This workshop series is designed to introduce new students to the physical practice of Hatha yoga. A smaller class size allows for more individual attention, detailed instructions, adjustments and questions. This 4 week absolute beginner workshop is recommended for those who are new to Hatha Yoga or Yoga.
