Ashtanga yoga is a dynamic yoga sequence, characterized, by the focus on Vinyasa. Vinyasas are the linking of breath and movement.
This introductory course is designed to introduce you to the physical practice of Ashtanga Yoga. Guided by an Authorized Ashtanga teacher and grounded in technical excellence, this four-week course will introduce you, step by step, to the essentials and fundamentals of Ashtanga Yoga. This workshop is suitable for those who are new to Ashtanga Yoga and for those who are making the transitions from other Yoga disciplines.
Upon completion of this course, you will be able to comfortably attend and participate, in our led classes and our Mysore program.
