An Introduction to Intermediate (Second) Series of Ashtanga Yoga – Part II

Nadi Shodhana is the traditional name for the Intermediate or Second Series of Ashtanga Yoga. It refers to the results of the practice, the purification and strengthening of the nervous system and the energetic areas, which underlie the physical form.

This will be a continuation of the Intro to Second Series workshop.  Picking up where we left off,  each week in this workshop/class style the series will be practiced and their coordinating vinyasas, will be introduced in sequential order. This will give practitioners an opportunity to ask questions and look at key actions that develop strength, alignment, as well as bring an awareness to the back of the body and how it is integrated with the front of the body, allowing the practice to further develop into flowing manner.
