This restorative and relaxing workshop will introduce partners (including your significant other, family member, or friend) to the wonderful healing practice of Thai Yoga Massage. You will learn how to give and receive an effortless and nurturing massage sequence focused on neck, shoulders, back, and feet. The core concept of care provides the foundation for this workshop as we emphasize quality of touch, joy in giving, and using massage as a way of cultivating connection.
You don’t need to have any yoga or massage experience to take this workshop, just be dressed in comfortable clothing that you can move in. We can provide Yoga mats.
