Follow the Path of Vinyasa
Friday 6:00 pm – 8:30 pm
Vinyasas are the synchronizing of breath with movement and are the essence of Ashtanga Yoga.  In this workshop the essential technique of breath and movement and how it applies to the internal principles of the Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga system will be explored.  Specific movements will be practiced and explained opening a doorway to a new level of awareness and understanding of actions and alignment, and the Vinyasa system in Ashtanga Yoga and how it can deepen your practice. This workshop will bring light to habits created unconsciously throughout your yoga practice and will provide movements and solutions to ensure the progression of the fluidity of vinyasas.


Back Bends
Saturday 3:30 pm – 5:30 pm
Backbends are tremendous postures and one of the most exhilarating asanas to practice.  They develop flexibility, strengthen and increase the range of motion of the spine, and bring greater freedom of movement to the entire body while inspiring self-confidence, courage, and vitality. They can also challenge us to accept our limitations and use them as a guide to move deeper by unlocking an inner intelligence. In this workshop, we will focus on the actions needed to safely move deeper in these asanas and add dimension intelligence to your backbends.
